Laurie and I love to bike, hike, and meet people that are ready, willing and able to put a higher focus on improving their experience of the remarkable opportunity we all call life. We know life's often not as easy as we'd all like it to be.

Most every (check the current week's schedule here to be sure we have no conflicts!) Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday we ride, hike, pick-up trash and chat with people like you along Cherry Creek Trail between High Line Trail and Confluence Park and at WA Park. Use the schedule below to meet and, if there is time, chat with us along that route.

You'll recognize us by the flagpole on my bike carrier. Our flafs should be ready by April 10. There are two 1ft x 2ft white flags: one says "Life Skills Coaching". If we're not at the bike(s), look for one or both of us cleaning up the trail or park nearby.

All locations except for Washington Park are immediately adjacent to Cherry Creek Trail.

9:00-10:30 Coffee next to (or inside) REI's Starbucks at Confluence Park.

11:30-1:00 South end of Washington Park (directly south of the tennis courts)

BE AWARE:

• If nobody is waiting to meet us at any particular location we may leave to do trail clean-up between that stop and the next one on the schedule.
• We will generally cancel if it is raining or rained the night before. It makes a mess of Cherry Creek Trail.
• Also, remember to check this section to confirm our plans for the current and up-coming week!

Thu: All locations after 10:30 are cancelled.

Sat: all locations cancelled for fund raising event

Tue and Thu cancelled due to expected weather.

Sat: I must depart WA Park by 12:30.
